Q. Do you deliver?

A. Yes, we provide Australia wide delivery of our products,


Q. How much is delivery?

A. We offer free delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane up to $100 value.  Quotes for delivery to other areas not specified here are also available - just email us at prior to placing your order.


Q. Is it safe?

A. Yes, payment methods available are direct bank transfer, credit card, EFTPOS, or Paypal.


Q. How do I order and pay via direct transfer?

A. Easy! Just email your order to us at We'll send you an invoice within 24 business hours, which will have our BSB and account number. Just log on to your online banking, make the transfer, and let us know once you've done this so we can prep and dispatch your order.  


Q. Can I come and see your showroom?

A. Yes, we're proudly Australian based and owned. The most convenient way to place your order is via our online showroom, but we also have a showroom located in Alexandria NSW 2015 which is open for viewings by appointment.


Q. How long does it take for me to receive my items?

A. If an item is in stock, depending on location you'll generally receive your items within 7 working days. If there are any changes to this timeframe we will let you know when you are placing your order.


Q. Can I pick up my order?

A. A delivery service to your door is included with your order. This gives you the convenience of being able to shop from home and have your order professionally delivered in the best timeframe. Some items are also available for pick up - just email us before placing your order if you'd like to find out whether you can pick up your item.


Q. What if an item is out of stock?

A. Although we keep good stock levels, sometimes these can drop quickly, so it's always a good idea to check with us before placing your order. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know when it is due back in when placing your order, and will let you know once your order has arrived and we have dispatched it for you.


Q. I have some questions or would like some help with an order, can I contact you?

A. Yes, we'd love to hear from you! If you need us, we can be contacted by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  We'll get back to you within the next business day either by phone or email, whichever you prefer!
